Information we receive

When you request a quote, we receive the information you provide, including your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in and details about your project.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit where appropriate and prepare a quote. We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you separately agree to receive marketing from us.

How your information is handled

Enquiries are sent securely by email to LB Services using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph. The information is kept in our email systems only for as long as it is needed to respond to the enquiry and maintain appropriate business records.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, anti-spam verification and performance monitoring. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to be cookie-free and reports aggregated website performance information. The site does not use advertising or marketing trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request corrections or ask us to delete it where applicable. To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
